![]() The Ohio Coaching Supervision-Level Target Skills document outlines specific skillsets supervisors should demonstrate when supporting staff to effectively implement the Wraparound process.Įffectively Integrating CANS into the Wraparound is a joint statement from the National Wraparound Initiative (NWI), the National Wraparound Implementation Center (NWIC), The John Praed Foundation, and Chapin Hall at the University of Chicago on the Do’s and Don’ts of integrating CANS into the Wraparound process, with specific information on using the CANS in each of the four phases of Wraparound. In Wraparound Supervision and Management, Pat Miles outlines a multidimensional approach where Wraparound supervisors, managers and leaders must attend to three areas: working with the practice model, working with staff, and working with systems. This section provides resources to support supervisors and managers with supervising Wraparound programs. Effective supervision of Wraparound staff requires supervisors/managers to demonstrate Wraparound principles and promote Wraparound fidelity in the supervision process. Our group provides opportunities to tell our stories (through lots of laughter and tears), pray together, and offer support in every way possible. Whether you are fostering, adopting, providing respite care, or are caring for family members outside of the children's division purview, we want to love and serve you. The group meets once a month as a time for any and all family units at Central who are caring for vulnerable children to find support and encouragement through community with one another. The call to serve vulnerable children is sounding louder than ever before, and our Wraparound Care small group is looking to answer that call. These are the numbers of children in foster care in the state of Missouri and in Greene County respectively.
